To purchase an ebook from our website, please first register your details with us by clicking on Registration below.
Registration
In order to purchase ebooks from this website, you need to register your details with us. On registration, you must provide us with accurate and complete registration information and it is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to that information (in particular to your email address) by updating your details in the Login section. On first registration, you must choose a user name and password (ID). None of our employees or agents will ever ask you for this password. Do not disclose this password to anyone under any circumstances whatsoever. You are responsible for all use of your ID and for preventing unauthorised use of your ID. If you believe there has been any breach of security such as the disclosure, theft or unauthorised use of your ID or any payment information, you must notify us immediately by contacting us at publishing@interlinguae.com.
Pricing and Payment Methods
Transaction currency: Pounds sterling (GBP). All prices for ebooks are inclusive of VAT and taxes. Printed books or print-on-demand books are exclusive of delivery charges. Payment must be made by credit/debit card. We accept payment with Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo, American Express and JCB. Your payment card company will perform any currency conversion, if necessary. After purchasing an ebook, you are able to download it from our website immediately or within 7 days of purchase.
VAT Distance Selling Regulations
To comply with current VAT distance selling regulations, we now charge the applicable VAT rate for any country for which we exceed the distance selling threshold. This currently includes: Australia, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Holland, Ireland, Italy, Spain and Sweden.
Customers in VAT exempt territories within the EU
Unfortunately, our system is not yet able to distinguish VAT exempt territories within the EU, such as the Canary Islands, and so customers will be charged VAT when placing an order.

Returns and refunds for ebooks
Purchased ebook titles cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. If you experience technical difficulty in downloading or accessing a title, please
